1-2-1 Sessions: These can be held remotely via Zoom or in person at BALM Treatment Rooms, Leamington Spa, or Birmingham Business Park.

Group Sessions & Coaching Programmes: Tailored for both individuals and teams, these can be booked directly through the website, or we can arrange a call to discuss your needs and create bespoke programmes.

Wellbeing Days & Workshops: For businesses, I offer bespoke wellbeing days and group workshops that can be conducted either online or in person to suit your team’s needs.

Leadership Coaching: Programmes can be delivered online or in person for local businesses.
