I'm a Mindset & Intuitive Coach, Hypnotherapist and Master NLP practitioner using my degree in Psychology and a blend of approaches to create sessions and programmes to suit your needs using your powerful mind to create a new reality, ultimate health, energy and happiness.
How Can I Help?

I am a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, accredited mindset and life coach with a degree in Psychology.

We can work together to make the change you need in your life.
Step into your full potential! We all deserve to live our lives to our full potential - Just OK is not good enough. You have the power to create the life you want and the ability to inspire others to do the same.

We are not born with self limiting beliefs, addictions or lacking in confidence - we are so powerful we create these patterns to protect ourselves through events, trauma and experiences - but we also have the power to change our thoughts and feelings that no longer serve us and live the life that we dream about.
How Does it Work?

Together we can make the changes in your life you are ready for - change your thoughts, change your behaviour and change your life.

Initially we would have a call to discuss the difference you want to make in your life and to design bespoke sessions.
If you want to work together to make this change in your life, the bespoke package would involve 1-2-1 calls online (over Zoom) or in person at Neal's Yard, Regent St, Leamington Spa lasting approximately an hour depending on the type of session, personalised audio recordings for in between sessions plus ongoing support via emails and techniques to use in your daily life.
